OBJECTS OF THE PROJECT
“KIDNEY CARE”

1. To provide health care and medical treatment to less privileged patients with reversible and irreversible kidney diseases, irrespective of caste, creed, religion and sex.

2. To support research and development related to kidney diseases.

3. To conduct lectures, seminars, exhibitions and conference and publish articles and books to perpetuate knowledge of kidney diseases.

4. To raise funds by way of donations, charities and subscription.

5. To encourage organ donation at the time of death.

PCIF proposes to set up a “CORPUS FUND” of Rs. 3,000 lakhs to take care of 250 people suffering from kidney disease.


PERSONS TO BE BENEFITED
&
HOW TO BE BENEFITED

The services of this Foundation will be to provide health care and medical treatment to less privileged patients with reversible and irreversible kidney diseases, irrespective of caste, creed, religion and sex. Out of 150 patients 50 patients will be from below poverty line (i.e) whose income is below Rs.18,000/- per annum (see resolution).

- 100 % free medicines will be provided to people whose income is below Rs.18,000/- per annum through out is / her life time (80 patients)

- 100 % free dialysis will be provided to people whose income is below Rs.18,000/- per annum through out his / her life time (50 patients)

- 50% concessional post operative life sustaining medicines will be provided to people whose income is above Rs. 18,000/- per annum through out his / her life time (20 patients) .

- 50% concessional cost of dialysis will be provided to people whose income is above 18,000/- per annum through out his / her life time (50patients) .

Rs.300/- part of the dialysis cost will be provided to people whose income is below Rs.24,000/- thought out his / her life time (50 patients)
